In 2022, my wife and I started as entrepreneurs, delivering packages across eight states in the United States. Our service was personalized—and it worked. So well, in fact, that people began asking us to ship to other states. To scale, we relied on traditional shipping services for small packages. But reality hit us hard: out of every ten packages, one or two arrived late, damaged, misdelivered, or simply went missing. And when a package goes missing, it’s the small business that pays. I had to win back clients, refund products, and rebuild trust. That’s when I realized the system wasn’t made for us.

So I paused. I observed. And something changed.

While traveling by plane, we noticed that many people carried luggage that was practically empty. The same happens by land. That sparked the question: what if people who are already moving could help deliver packages—and earn money for it? That’s how Jett Sender was born: a solution that connects those who need to ship with those who have space and are already on the move.

But we didn’t stop there.

We created Dropelier to help small businesses without inventory grow, sell, and reach their customers through this collaborative network. We designed KeepSmartBusiness to train and support entrepreneurs with real-world tools to build sustainable businesses. And we launched JettSender Supply, an AI-powered assistant to help them source products, negotiate pricing, and optimize logistics.

Our ecosystem is born green—without excess packaging or unnecessary chains. And the market proves the need: 81% of people and businesses in the U.S. and Canada said they would pay more for a better shipping experience. That’s the door we’re opening.

I lead this mission with faith and conviction. I believe in serving humanity, building with action, and empowering others to do the same.
